John Stith’s 2018 mystery novel, Pushback, set in Colorado Springs, is a finalist for the Daphne du Maurier Award for Excellence in Mystery/Suspense (mainstream mystery category)! The award is given by Kiss of Death and presented at the Romance Writers of America national conference. This year that’s in Manhattan, and the winners for the various categories are announced at their Death by Chocolate party on July 24. PS: The cat’s name is Scamp, and he is the official mascot, and has made his mark on social media.
