Jeff Carson Bio:
Jeff Carson is an Amazon-Bestselling author of mystery-thriller novels. His popular David Wolf series currently has ten installments, all set in the beautiful Rocky Mountain west.
Jeff graduated from the University of Colorado with a degree in Environmental Science and used that degree to weigh down paper on his dresser while he worked in the golf industry. After a decade, he decided he’d rather take a golf club to the back than work another year replacing divots, so he quit and went into internet/affiliate marketing and blogging with the goal of becoming his own boss. In the process, he discovered his aptitude for writing content but found the process less than satisfying and less than lucrative. A few years later he discovered his passion for writing fiction, and subsequently dove head-first into the self-publishing realm and writes full time.
The first novel in the David Wolf series, Foreign Deceit, is an international mystery-thriller he wrote while living in Italy for eleven months with his wife and son. Jeff acquired a love for adventure-thriller-mystery-suspense fiction at a young age by driving the vast landscapes of the western U.S. with his brother and father and listening to audiobooks. One leg of a trip from Denver to Payette, Idaho (to visit relatives) was always enough time to squeeze in a good Cussler, a Christie, a Child, a Silva, a Box, a Flynn, or the like. Now he incorporates many the same elements of those authors in his own writing.
Jeff and his wife, Cristina, currently live with their two sons in Castle Rock.
